- 97% of patients indicated they were "extremely satisfied" on patient satisfaction surveys. This is the highest satisfaction ranking achievable on the Leikart scale.
- Patient return rate is 20% - 30% per year.
- During appointments, therapists spend 90% of their time directly with patients.
- Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system allows therapists to complete charting at the patient's treatment area, thus decreasing time spent away from patients.
- Along with our EMR program, we utilize a computerized home exercise program that gives detailed instructions along with pictures that direct the patient on proper care after therapy is concluded.
