Patient Satisfaction

Patient satisfaction is the backbone of a good medical facility.  Through its professionalism, personable touch and calming atmosphere, MORC Rehab Services strives for and has achieved excellent patient satisfaction.

Indicators of our excellent patient satisfaction include:

  • 97% of patients indicated they were "extremely satisfied" on patient satisfaction surveys.  This is the highest satisfaction ranking achievable on the Leikart scale.
  • Patient return rate is 20% - 30% per year.
  • During appointments, therapists spend 90% of their time directly with patients.
  • Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system allows therapists to complete charting at the patient's treatment area, thus decreasing time spent away from patients.
  • Along with our EMR program, we utilize a computerized home exercise program that gives detailed instructions along with pictures that direct the patient on proper care after therapy is concluded.
