Patient satisfaction is the backbone of a good medical facility.  Through its professionalism, personable touch and calming atmosphere, MORC Rehab Services strives for and has achieved excellent patient satisfaction.

Indicators of our excellent patient satisfaction include:

• 97% of patients indicated they were "extremely satisfied" on patient satisfaction surveys.  This is the highest satisfaction ranking achievable on the Leikart scale.
• Patient return rate is 20% - 30% per year.
• During appointments, therapists spend 90% of their time directly with patients.
• Our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system allows therapists to complete charting at the patient's treatment area, thus decreasing time spent away from patients.
• Along with our EMR program, we utilize a computerized home exercise program that gives detailed instructions along with pictures that direct the patient on proper care after therapy is concluded.

Physical Therapist

A native of Warsaw, Poland, Pawel has been practicing physical therapy in the United States since 1993. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and has extensive training in the Kaltenborn/Evjenth concept and postural integration. He has additional special interest in Manual Therapy Osteopathic Approach. In his free time, Pawel enjoys tennis, riding his bike and playing his guitar.

Physical Therapist

Jenni has a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and is also an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. She has special training in Hruska Myokinematics, sports specific rehabilitation of the shoulder and pelvis, spinal disorders, infant torticollis and hand rehabilitation. In her free time, Jenni is an avid volunteer for Hospice of Michigan, enjoys running and promotes the benefits of physical therapy through speaking engagements.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Pawel is an energetic and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who loves helping people.  He has an Associates of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree and is specially trained in Total Motion Release and Muscle Energy.  In his free time, he enjoys tennis, reading books and spending time with his family.
