All persons referred to
MORC Rehab Services will receive a telephone intake interview
to assist in determining eligibility for rehabilitative services.
If a person is not eligible for services, he or she is assisted
through referral to other appropriate community resources
for the desired level of care.
If the person is eligible for rehabilitative services, a casemanager,
in conjunction with the treatment team, will coordinate the
care plan with the prescribing physician at specified timely
reviews.
Physicians, hospitals, casemanagers, and other rehabilitation
professionals can make referrals.
The patient must have a physician's order (prescription)
for services.
MORC Rehab Services accepts the following insurances:
- Medicare
- Blue Cross PPO
- Blue Cross
- PPOM
- HAP (PPO Plan Only)
- Tricare Prime
- M-Care PPOM
- M-Care PPO
- Commercial Insurances
- Worker’s Compensation
- Automobile Insurances
