Open Rehab Group
MORC Rehab Services offers an Open Rehab Group
at its therapeutic pool for patients who have completed
aquatic therapy at MORC Rehab Services and would
like to continue utilizing the water independently. A therapist
is present for only minimal supervision.
The Open Rehab Group takes place Monday through
Friday. Each session is 45 minutes. The cost is $5 per session.
The Open Rehab Group runs as an eight-week
program, but one can join at any time. Participants must pay
in advance. Cash, credit card, or a check made payable to
MORC, Inc. are accepted forms of payment. (On the check memo
line, write Open Rehab.) In addition to payment, a completed
Participant Release Form and Participant Medical Information
Form must be brought to the first session. Participants should
arrive an additional 15 minutes early for the first session.
Additional Guidelines
- There are no make-up sessions. Missed sessions are not
reimbursed or made up.
- Participants need to be able to walk independently in
and out of the pool or bring someone to assist.
- Sessions begin and end at the designated appointment times.
- A physician’s order (prescription) IS NOT needed
to participate.
- Participants must bring the following items: towel, bathing
suit or shorts and a T-shirt, lock for locker (optional;
locks are not provided), and water shoes (optional).
